BNP splinter group Britain First ‘invades’ mosques and hands out Bibles

A FAR-RIGHT splinter group has been slammed after accosting Muslims and storming into mosques trying to hand out Bibles and anti-grooming leaflets.
Britain First extremists staged the protests outside 10 mosques on Saturday.The group then posted images of members targeting Muslims in Bradford to its Facebook page.Labour councillor Nazam Azam condemned the group storming into mosques and trying to create conflict.The members tried to hand out British Army issue Bibles and anti-grooming leaflets before they were asked to leave.

“Abusing those worshipping there? This is a grave and national issue”

He said: “It is concerning and disturbing.
“We have a lot of good work going on in Bradford in terms of community cohesion and for people trying to disturb that the people of Bradford won’t fall for it.”
The group, which requires members to pay up to £50 to join, says it is planning more “invasions”.
Leader Paul Golding says on the website: “Our intelligence team is at present compiling lists of home address’s of Bradford MPs, councillors, newspaper editors and Muslim community leaders/imams.”And in one sinister line, he threatens: “And we will be visiting them all over the next couple of weeks.“We will also continue our invasions of Bradford mosques, madrassas and community centres – we are only getting warmed up!”

Bradford West MP George Galloway tweeted: “If British Muslims – God forbid – invaded ten British churches and abused those inside, posted the videos – think it would be on the news?“Abusing those worshipping there? This is a grave and national issue.“We demand full police action and protection of Mosques and worshippers.”

The founders of Britain First split from the British National Party, severing ties in 2010 to form their own group.
